Refund policy

30-day returns. If you're not happy with your order, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Sale items are returnable on the same terms.

How to return: Contact us with your order number. We'll confirm the return and send instructions. For low-value items we'll often refund without asking you to ship anything back.

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return (or of approval, if no return shipment is needed).

Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — no return needed.
